Vitamin D3 1000iu Tablets

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, which can be created by the body when the skin is exposed to sunshine for a small amount of time. Certain factors such as the amount of melanin found in your skin, limited sun exposure and lack of Vitamin D in foods can deplete Vitamin D stored within the body over time. A lack of Vitamin D can lead to symptoms such as lethargy, tiredness, muscle problems, bone pains and mood changes.  

Vitamin D is important for a range of bodily functions, and supplementation alongside a healthy diet can contribute to the normal absorption and utilisation of Calcium and Phosphorus, which is important for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D is also used within the body to maintain the normal functioning of the immune system, cell division, and helps maintain normal muscle function.

Ingredients:

Bulking Agent (maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)sucrose, acacia, corn, starch, medium chain triglycerids, dl-alpha tocopherol], Anti-caking Agent (silicon dioxide, veg. stearic acid,veg. magnesium stearate).

Usage:

Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
