Contains 50mg of Vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5-phosphate or P 5-P which is required for normal energy production, cognitive function and the maintenance of normal homocysteine levels. Methylated B-vitamins are actively absorbed and used by the body.

Directions: 

As a food supplement for adults, take 1 capsule daily with food. Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place
