Turmeric Rhizome BP* (Curcuma longa L.) Pure powdered rhizome – 450mg

Black Pepper (Piper nigrum L.) Pure powdered fruit and pericarp – 90mg

The recommended dose of RUNO Turmeric+ is one 540mg capsule three times a day. Curcumin is fat rather than water-soluble, so is best taken with a little warm milk or yoghurt (almond milk is a lovely alternative if you are vegan or vegetarian). The addition of piperine from black pepper in this supplement further enhances the absorption of curcumin.
