PLANT STEROL 800MG - 60 caps

Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and have also been shown to reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease.

Plant sterols have a similar structure to cholesterol, and work by reducing the absorption of cholesterol, so that more is lost through digestion.

Directions:

Take one capsule up to three times a day as required.

Note: A daily intake of 800mg is required for maintenance. A daily intake of 2400mg is required for a reducing effect.

Plant Sterols (from SOYA), Vegan Soft Gel Capsule (Modified Corn Starch, Glycerol, Carrageenan, Firming Agent (Sodium Carbonate)).
