Pink Eczema Cream

Though our Pink Eczema Cream may look unusual due to its bright pink colour, it will not stain the skin. The colour comes from Vitamin B12, an ingredient commonly used in products designed for dry skin prone to irritation.

Rather than a simple Vitamin B12 ointment in a petroleum-based formula, this cream is formulated with a moisturising base that helps maintain hydration and support the skin’s natural barrier. A healthy skin barrier plays an important role in protecting compromised skin from external irritants. Some users may notice mild skin flaking as very dry skin loosens over time, which can occur as the skin becomes better moisturised and fresh, repaired skin is revealed underneath.
