Periagna ( Agnus Castus). A traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve pre-menstrual symptoms such as irritability, mood swings, breast tenderness, bloating and menstrual cramps, based on traditional use only. 

Dosage: for temporary relieve of symptoms associated with pre-menstrual syndrome. Take 1 capsule 2 times a day,morning and night swallowed with water. Max 2 capsule per day
