Ostron is a supplement which provides a balanced ratio of Calcium and Magnesium, plus B Vitamins, Vitamin D and several different minerals. Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Vitamin D and Zinc are all required for the maintenance of normal bones and Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissues. In addition, Vitamin D plays a role in the normal absorption of Calcium and heps to maintain normal blood calcium levels.

Directions

As a supplement, take two tablets daily with ameal, preferably with a little liquid..

Do not exceed the recommended intake.
