Directions: Adults and children over 12 years of age: One tablet daily, to be dissolved in a glass of water. Can be increased to three tablets daily if required. 
 
Warnings: Diabetics should consult a doctor before taking this supplement. 
Do not take this product if allergic to shellfish.
