Night Time Herbal Complex

Lamberts Night Time Herbal Complex is specially formulated for those who struggle to fall asleep or stay asleep. It provides magnesium and vitamin B12, which both contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, which often affects those with sleep difficulties. Vitamin B6 has been added for normal function of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Tryptophan has also been included as it is an essential amino acid, which must be consumed in the diet. Tryptophan rich foods are often recommended to help with feeling sleepy, as it is required for the production of neurotransmitters which support sleep.

We have also added herbal extracts of lemon balm, passionflower, hops and chamomile, which are traditionally used by herbalists for those with sleep issues.
