Natures Aid® Iron Bisglycinate provides your RDA of Iron in combination with Vitamin C, B12 and Folic Acid. Natures Aid Iron is formulated using the Bisglycinate form of the mineral, as this is said to be more absorbable and it is gentle on the stomach.

Iron Contributes to: Normal cognitive function, normal energy yielding metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and the normal transportation of oxygen in the body. It also has a role in the process of cell division. 

Vitamin C increases Iron absorption. 

B12 & Folic Acid contribute to normal red blood cell formation.

Natures Aid® Iron Bisglycinate will also contribute to a reduction in tiredness & fatigue.
