Turmeric and ginger are two powerful spices that have been used widely throughout history for both culinary and medical purposes.

Ginger is a tropical plant with green-purple flowers. It has an underground stem (called a rhizome). Throughout history, Greek, Roman, Arabic, and Chinese texts have discussed the use of ginger for health-related purposes.

Turmeric is found throughout India, Central America and other parts of Asia. Historically, turmeric has been used for Ayurvedic purposes primarily in Asia. Turmeric`s underground stems (rhizomes) are dried and made into capsules, tablets, teas, or extracts.

Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take one (1) vegicaps three (3) times daily, preferably with water.

Ingredients:

Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root Extract (standardised to 5% Gingerols), Turmeric (Curcuma longa) Rhizome Extract (standardised to 95% Curcuminoids), Soy Lecithin, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Olive Oil, Quick-Sorb (ginger rhizome, amla fruit, capsicum fruit).
