Myrtle

Myrtle Essential Oil has a pleasant, fresh and clear aroma, it is quite similar to Eucalyptus in both aroma and properties however Myrtle is a more delicate and less stimulating oil. This essential oil is popular for use in steam inhalations where Eucalyptus may be too harsh or stimulating. Myrtle is also a great oil to help uplift the mood and settle the mind.

DIY TIP: To gently clear and refresh the senses, try adding 2 drops Myrtle, 1 drop Roman Chamomile and 1 drop Lavender to a bowl of just-boiled water and inhale the vapours for a few minutes.

ROOM FRAGRANCE – Add to an oil burner or diffuser to create an uplifting and cleansed environment. Blends well with Cedarwood, Rosemary and Thyme.
