Emulsifier (sunflower seed oil, sunflower lecithin), Capsule Shell [gelatine, glycerol, natural colour (brown iron oxide)], Standardised Korean (Panax) Ginseng Extract, Magnesium Sulfate, Ascorbic Acid, Choline Bitartrate, Inositol, Ferrous Fumarate**, DL-Methionine, Standardised Ginkgo Biloba Extract, Niacinamide, DMEA (dimethylaminoethanol) Bitartrate, Bulking Agent (yellow beeswax), Dl-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate (vitamin E), Zinc Sulphate, Pyridoxine HCl, Manganese Sulfate, Thiamine Mononitrate, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Selenite, Cupric Sulfate, Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), Vitamin A Palmitate, Folic Acid, Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), Potassium Iodide, D-Biotin. ** This product contains iron, which if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Usage:

Adults and children over 16 years of age, one capsule daily with food. Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.
