Mobility

Mobility is a formula for supple muscles and joints.To create a compress add 4 or 5 drops of Mobility to a bowl of warm water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the desired area.

To use as a massage oil blend, suitable for most adults, blend 3 to 5 drops of Mobility in 10ml of carrier oil and massage into the affected area, or dilute up to 8 drops in a carrier oil or bath oil and add to warm runnning water for an easing bath.

Ingredients:Picea Excelsa (Spruce) Leaf Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Bark Oil, Cedrus Deodara (Cedarwood) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Thymus Mastichina (Marjoram), Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Oil, Eucalyptus Citriodora Oil, Foeniculum Vulgare (Fennel) Oil, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Oil, Betula Alba (Birch) Oil.

Naturally occurring in these essential oils: Citral, Eugenol, Geraniol, Citronellol, Limonene, Linalool.
