DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function (with 250mg of DHA daily: 1 softgel/day) and DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision (with 250 mg of DHA daily: 1 softgel/day)4.

Astaxanthin is a naturally occuring carotenoid found in Algae that is associated with many health benefits. VeganDHA can be taken safely prior to conception, during pregnancy and whilst breastfeeding. It can be used alongside prenatal multivitamins.
