Melissa 3% in Jojoba

True Melissa has a delicate, lemony, herbaceous aroma which uplifts and comforts the mind. Its subtle and sweet scent is pale yellow to clear in colour. It is uplifting and calming and also good for the digestive system.

There are aother blends of essential oils, including Lemon, Lemongrass and Citronella, which has a similar aroma, called Melissa Type.

For the ultimate luxury bath, try 2 drops of Melissa with 1 drop of Rose in 10ml of Jojoba, add to the warm bathwater.

Main Theraputic Properties: Anti-inflammatory, Antispasmodic, Calmative.

Contraindications: Do not use on children under the age of 2. Do not use on damaged or sensitive skin. Avoid using on people with prostatic hyperplasia or glaucoma. Do not use at more than 1% dilution on the skin or mucous membrane areas.
