Description:

Lecithin is a significant source of phospholipids.  These are found in the structure of all cell membranes and are needed by every living cell in the human body.

Ingredients:

Each softgel capsule provides: Phosphatidylcholine 420mg (as fractionated soya bean lecithin)

Softgel Capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin.

Directions for use:

As a food supplement for adults, one (1) to two (2) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
