Lecithin is a naturally occurring mixture of compounds called Phospholipids.
Lifeplan Lecithin capsules contain Lecithin from GM free Soya beans which is extracted at low temperatures from unrefined Soya bean oil to maintain the nutritional value of the product.

Directions

As a supplement, take one or two capsules daily, preferably with a little liquid.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.
