Lavender is a ‘Select’ extract, so is ideal to be be used for diffusion – Lavender is a great aid to rest so diffuse it directly into your sleep space. Alternatively, it also has great insect-deterring properties so diffuse it or pop it in an oil burner during summer months to ward off unwanted visitors like ants, spiders and those pesky mosquitos. Lavender is the perfect ingredient in a soothing bath or massage blend, simply dilute into a carrier oil or unfragranced base to create your own unique body care creations.

TO NOTE: Do not use in pregnancy or when breastfeeding. Do a patch test 24 hours prior to first use to test for sensitivities and always use diluted at the correct ratio. Not suitable for use on children.
