L-Carnitine is a dipeptide made up of two other essential amino acids: L-Methionine and L-Lysine. It promotes energy and fat metabolism, and is found naturally in cells which use fat for energy. This formulation provides Free Form L-Carnitine to promote optimal absorption and assimilation.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Vegetable Cellulose, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silica, Vegetable Glycerin, Carnauba Wax. Contains ingredients that may result in a variation of color and appearance over time.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) tablets two times daily, between meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
