Headaid is the natural alternative to soothe and clear a tired mind.

To create a soothing compress add 4 or 5 drops of Headaid Blend to a bowl of warm or cold water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the the forehead. Or blend 3 drops in 5ml carrier oil and massage onto temples, equivalent to a 2% dilution.

Alternatively put a few drops on a tissue and inhale to soothe and clear, or diffuse in our Aroma-Space or an oil burner.

Ingredients:Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Citrus Grandis (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Ocimum Basilicum (Basil) Oil, Thymus Mastichina (Marjoram) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil, Rose Centifolia Flower Oil.
