GoodnightEpsom Bath Salt

Pure Epsom Salts infused with our specially formulated Goodnight essential blend, including Lavender, Vetiver, Chamomile, Geranium and Bergamot essential oils.

Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil , Thymus Mastichina (Marjoram) Herb Oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) Flower Oil , Vetiveria Zizanoides (Vetiver) Root Oil, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Citrus Aurantium Amara (Petitgrain) Oil , Styrax Benzoin (Benzoin) Gum, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Chamomile) Flower Oil. Naturally occurring in this blend: Linalool.

BATH TIME: Pour 300g of salts into a warm bath aim to bathe yourself for 20-40 minutes. The first 20 minutes aid elimination and the second 20 minutes encourages mineral absorption through the skin. Ensure you drink water before and after this bath.

DIY TIP – Add to a warm foot bath to help soothe and unwind after a long day, whilst helping to ease and soften tired feet!
