These tablets contain Folic Acid, a water-soluble vitamin of the B group, which is commonly taken by pregnant women.
Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus.
A daily allowance of 400g prior to conception and for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy is recommended.

Directions

As a supplement, take one tablet daily, preferably with food and a little liquid.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.
