Equilibrium

At times when life is challenging, Equilibrium can help to soothe and balance, especially helpful for women during menstruation and the menopause.

Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale to experience the blancing effects of Equilibrium during the day. In the evening dilute up to 8 drops of Equilibrium in a carrier oil or bath oil and stir into warm bath water. 

Or, try blending a total of 3 to 5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil to make a massage blend suitable for most adults.

Also, try 6 drops of Equilibrium in an oil burner, Aroma-Bowl, Aroma-Mouse or Aroma-Space diffuser to create a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

Ingredients: Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Fruit Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Oil, Cinnamomum Camphora (Camphor) Bark Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Vetiveria Zizanoides (Vetiver) Root Oil, Rose Centifolia Flower Oil.  Naturally occurring in these essential oils: Citral, Eugenol, Geramiol, Citronellol, Eugenol, Limonene, Linalool.
