Damiana has a vast history, dating back to ancient Aztec and Mayan recordings, claiming the herb and extracts were largely used as an aphrodisiac. Due to its association with sensuality, it’s perfect to use during intimate massages with its mood enhancing and calming properties.

DIY TIP – Add 4 drops of Damiana and 2 drops of Ylang Ylang to 30ml of your favorite carrier oil, and use for an intimate massage.

ROOM FRAGRANCE – Damiana has a wonderful sweet fruity, floral scent, with earthy undertones. Add a couple of drops to a diffuser or oil burner to create both an uplifting and calm environment.
