Craving Essence

Directions:

Many of us struggle from time to time with a habit or behaviour; whether it be a chocolate or sugar craving, smoking something more serious. These habits can lead to feelings of self disgust, guilt, over indulgence and dependency.

Combining the flower essences of Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Agrimony, Crab Apple, Tansy, Walnut, Chicory, Cherry Plum, Self Heal and Morning Glory, our Craving Essence can increase the ability to feel more in control, on top of things, serene and improve self image.

Ingredients:

Tinctures of the flowers of Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Agrimony, Crab Apple, Tansy, Walnut, Chicory, Cherry Plum, Self Heal and Morning Glory in equal amounts.
Alcohol Content: approx 27%(V/V)

Directions:

5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required.
