Cardamom CO2 SEExtract

A fluid extract with a warm brown colour. This extract is warming and refreshing at the same time and can be used in steam inhalation to soothe and clear effectively. With massage it supports digestive health, soothes muscles and tones the skin.

Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum) oil

Cardamom has long been prized for its aphrodisiac qualities so it’s a lovely one to use in a massage blend for a loved one – its sweetly aromatic scent blends well with other aromatic oils too.  Citrus Essential Oils will balance and lift the spiciness and floral Essential Oils like Rose or Ylang Ylang will soften it with their gentle aromas.

TO NOTE:  Do not use in pregnancy or when breastfeeding.  Do a patch test 24 hours prior to first use to test for sensitivities and always use diluted at the correct ratio.  Not suitable for use on children.
