Calcium Complete 800mg (vegan)

Calcium is one of the most important mineral required by the body to help maintain strong bones and healthy teeth. Calcium also helps in maintenance of a proper nervous system, nerve transmission and cardiac function. Directions:Adults and children over 12 years of age, two tablets daily, preferably in the morning.

Warnings:taking high doses of calcium could lead to stomach pain and diarrhoea.It is recommended to spread doses throughout the day, with the last dose near bedtime.
