Vitamin C Tablets from Pharma Nord contain 750 mg of vitamin C per tablet, equivalent to 1.5 kilos of oranges. Bio-C-Vitamin contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and immune system. Vitamin C supplement also contributes to normal collagen function for normal functioning of bones, teeth, cartilage, gums, skin and blood vessels.
Our vitamin C supplement is made with a non-acidic vitamin C source (calcium ascorbate) that is gentle on the stomach lining.

Intakes of a vitamin c supplement in excess of 2000mg per day may cause gastro-intestinal disturbance in susceptible individuals and may also interfere with absorption of calcium and selenium.
Vitamin C facilitates the absorption of iron from the diet, therefore you should not take high doses with iron overload syndromes such as thalasaemia and haematochromatosis.
Customers who are susceptible to kidney stones should not consume a high intake of vitamin C.
