Also known as ‘The Stone Breaker’, Quebra Pedra is used in Indian Ayurvedic practices and has a naturally smooth taste. It is used in the Amazon rainforest and other tropical areas of the world for liver and kidney support.
Quebra Pedra (Phyllanthus niruri) is known in other parts of the world as Shatterstone, Chanca Piedra and Bhumyamalaki. It is a small plant found in the Amazon Rainforest and other tropical areas of the world, including India and the Caribbean.

Directions:
Tea Bags: Infuse one bag in a cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Leave teabag in cup for extra strength. Consume 3 cups per day.
Loose Tea: Put 3 heaped teaspoons (5g) of Quebra Pedra into a saucepan with 600ml (3 cups) of cold water. Bring to the boil, simmer for 10 minutes, strain and serve. Sugar or honey may be added as desired. Drink throughout the day. Quebra pedra can be consumed either hot or cold.
